- No. Text messages are optional and are never a condition of creating an account, requesting a demo, paying for parking, or resolving a citation. Consent is collected here on its own — it is not bundled into any other agreement — and you can decline and still use every part of ParkAI.

- What you will receive
- Alerts about your parking sessions, account, and citations — for example, a session starting, expiring soon, or a citation issued. If you separately opt in, messages about ParkAI products and services.

- Message frequency varies based on your parking activity.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply. ParkAI does not charge for text messages.
- How to opt out
- Reply STOP to any message at any time and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or call 888-803-0010.
- Carrier liability
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
